The 'Force-unlock all screen rotations' feature on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold seems to be interfering with manual screen rotation. When this feature is enabled, clicking the rotation bubble in the quick settings does nothing, even when trying to rotate content on apps like YouTube.
I've observed two distinct scenarios:
**Scenario 1: Manual rotation not working**
1. Enable 'Force-unlock all rotations' in Pixel Xpert.
2. Disable auto-rotate from quick settings.
3. Turn the phone to change orientation.
4. Click the rotation bubble - no change occurs.
**Scenario 2: Auto rotation working**
1. Enable 'Force-unlock all rotations' in Pixel Xpert.
2. Enable auto-rotate from quick settings.
3. Turn the phone to change orientation.
4. The phone rotates as expected.
Ideally, 'Force-unlock all rotations' should allow for manual control over screen orientation even when enabled. It appears to be overriding the rotation bubble functionality when active.
