I'm experiencing an issue with the Friend Tracker feature in Snapchat on my Android 15 device (Evolution X ROM, rooted with ksu next). I am using Snapchat version 12.80.1.0 and SnapEnhance version 2.1.0. I have enabled the Friend Tracker, and set rules to only send notifications when Snapchat is inactive. However, I am not receiving the push notifications even when those conditions are met. I've tested this with multiple friends across various accounts, but the notifications consistently fail to arrive.

Here are the steps I've taken:

1. Enabled Friend Tracker in Snapchat settings
2. Set up rules with notifications enabled only when Snapchat is inactive
3. Tested with multiple friends
