I'm encountering a frustrating issue with the double tap to wake feature on my Google Pixel 8 Pro. While the single tap to wake function is enabled, after using a single tap to wake the screen, a subsequent double tap no longer works consistently. I have to repeatedly tap the screen multiple times for the wake gesture to register. This defeats the purpose of using the single tap as a convenient wake-up method.
Here's a breakdown of the issue:
* **Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Activate the Double tap to wake feature (disable single tap).
2. Put the phone to sleep.
3. Touch the screen once (as if picking up the phone).
4. Immediately double tap the screen.
5. The screen often fails to light up. Only after repeatedly tapping the screen multiple times does the double tap work.
* **Expected Behavior:** I should be able to touch the screen once or multiple times, and as soon as I perform a valid double tap, the screen should light up.
* **Device Setup:**
* Google Pixel 8 Pro
* Android 15 (AP4A.250205.002), security update February 2025
* Magisj 28.1, LSposed 1.9.3
I've attached screenshots of my device settings and the issue in action.
