This issue report describes white lines appearing around the top left and right corners of the lockscreen on a Google Pixel 8 when using a light theme and the "Screen cutout" setting in Developer Options is set to "Hide".
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Navigate to "Settings > System > Developer options" on your Pixel 8.
2. Set the "Display cutout" option to "Hide".
3. Enable the light theme in Pixel Xpert.
4. Lock your device and observe the lockscreen.
**Expected Behavior:**
The white lines should not be present on the lockscreen.
