I'm experiencing an issue with Magisk v28.1 on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 (Android 14). Regardless of the notification settings I choose for individual apps within Magisk, notifications are always displayed when root access is active.
It seems the 'Notification' setting for apps is being ignored when root is present.
