This document outlines an issue encountered while attempting to install Magisk on a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL running Android 15.0.0 (AP4A.250105.002).
**Steps Taken:**
1. Downloaded the latest factory images from Google (15.0.0 (AP4A.250105.002, Jan 2025))
2. Updated Magisk to the latest debug build
3. Removed -w from flash-all.sh
4. Ran flash-all.sh (all steps succeeded)
5. Rebooted device
6. Uploaded boot.img to device
7. Utilized Magisk commit 47cc532d9691b8acf2c31ba8ae8953b839395609 to patch boot.img (successfully patched)
8. Pulled the patched magisk_boot_image_file to the computer
9. Flashed boot_a and boot_b partitions with magisk_boot_image_file (both successful)
10. Rebooted the device
11. Magisk was not installed; the app indicated 'N/A'
12. Downgradind to Android 14 was unsuccessful; the device remains on Android 15.
