I'm experiencing an issue with the 2D Bitmoji option in Snapchat. After selecting "Old Bitmoji Selfie" under "User interface" and then choosing "2D bitmoji" from the context menu, the change isn't reflected. I've tried troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, force stopping Snapchat, and restarting my device, but the problem persists. I've also tested this on version 12.80 with the same result.
