Users have reported an issue with Snapchat call logs unexpectedly disappearing within chats when the call is initiated by someone using Snapchat Enhance (SE). When a non-SE user initiates a call, the call log is saved correctly in the chat. However, if an SE user starts the call, there is no corresponding call log entry afterward.

This inconsistency has been observed in version 12.81.0.44 of Snapchat and the latest debug version of SnapEnhance (6fed85b). The behavior occurs regardless of whether the recipient is using SE or not. The user provides an image demonstrating this issue, showing a call log from a non-SE user while their corresponding call initiated with SE is absent.

This inconsistency may cause confusion and difficulties in tracking call history within Snapchat. Further investigation is needed to determine the underlying cause and implement a resolution that ensures consistent call log recording regardless of SE usage.
