During my testing with fcmfix on MIUI 14 (Android 13), I encountered an issue where the app's functionality to prevent automatic clearing of notifications upon app stoppage was no longer effective. Even after closing the application, notifications in the notification bar were automatically cleared. This behavior is inconsistent with the expected functionality of fcmfix.

It's crucial for fcmfix to maintain this functionality as it's a key feature for users relying on persistent notifications.
