I'm experiencing an intermittent issue with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on my MI13 running PengpaiOS. While notifications work fine when the screen is unlocked, the connection drops periodically when the screen locks. This can happen immediately or after about 10 minutes, and then the connection is restored as soon as I unlock the phone.

I've confirmed that the following are enabled:

* All relevant FCM apps are selected in the 'Modules' section
* Apps have been granted auto-start permissions
* Battery optimization settings for FCM apps have been relaxed

Despite these measures, the connectivity issue persists.

Interestingly, my Xiaomi Mi9 running MIUI 12.5.6 doesn't have this problem. It maintains a stable FCM connection even with the screen locked, reconnecting automatically within seconds if disconnected.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
